The Aurora from Central Edinburgh. Early Morning, 2 March 2017.

There was a lot of auroral activity last night, but from Edinburgh it could just be seen as a hint of green. The red lights to the bottom left of each image are the Craigkelly transmitter in Fife; the bright light in the bottom centre-right is the Chancelot Mill in Leith, with Kirkcaldy (I think) behind it.

Having processed these images, I’m wishing I had driven out to East Lothian for some darker skies!
